Kinovelax diet plan is a scam or not?


There is no official site yet for this amazing diet program which gives you full detailed information about the Kinovelax meal plan, there is some websites under the title of Kinovelax but in reality they are just collecting email addresses of internet users and promising them to send a free copy of Kinovelax PDF e-book for free, but when you give your email address there, nothing happens and you surprise to see a lot of scam emails in your inbox. Unfortunately there is also not a single Wiki page about this new weight loss technique on the world biggest online articles directory Wikipedia, so the most of people think Kinovelax diet plan as a scam.

If you want to understand the working procedure of Kinovelax then you must consult a professional doctor who fully understands the function of human metabolism because Kinovelax diet plan is based on the metabolism theory. As far as I know, this technique can really be very helpful, so according to my observation this is not a scam at all.

Kinovelax diet menu:-


Here is a sample diet menu for Kinovelax meal plan; you can also design your own daily diet menu based on your favorite foods and recipes.

Breakfast: Mix one spoon of pure honey in one lass of water and drink it slowly with little sips, after half an hour eat some bread with eggs and leave the breakfast with little hunger. After two hours of breakfast drink some vegetable soup, after 2 hours of soup you can again take some solid food like oatmeal, fish, etc.

Kinovelax diet Lunch: Try to eat some fresh raw fruits or vegetables in your lunch time; you can also eat Russian salad or only papaya during your lunch time. After 2 hours of breakfast you can drink fresh juice of any seasonal fruit or you can also eat water melon too, because it is also full of juicy water, now after 2 hours of juice, you have to eat some solid food like brown rice, etc.

Dinner: In dinner you have to eat very little food, for example if you have a hunger of 500 gram fish then you can eat only 250 gram fried fish in your night meal.

Exercises for Kinovelax diet plan:-

I am going to list some very useful exercises and workout routine which can be useful during your Kinovelax weight loss program; you can select workouts of your own choice. The best time to perform these exercises is early in the morning before taking your breakfast and at night after finishing your dinner.
  1. Do swimming on daily basis early in the morning.
  2. Lie face up on your mat and place your hands behind your head, lightly supporting it with your fingers.
  3. At least 15 set of toe dips while laying down on your back.
  4. Brace against leash tugging and banish your tummy: Keeping torso upright with shoulders back, engage abs for five strides; relax them for five strides. Repeat until you're back at your front door.
  5. At least 20 sets of leg circles, this is an easy exercise, you can also a video of this workout at Youtube too.
