The Fastest Way To Lose Weight - Is There Such a Thing?

A Little About My Fat Loss Journey

Wanted to fill you in a bit on me before I proceeded...

Do you feel like you could afford to shed a few pounds?
Before I go on to explain this plan a bit, let me first fill you in briefly on me so you know what I've overcome. I'm not going to preach this long story to you because honestly, there isn't a long story to preach. I'm a 5'5" middle aged man in my mid 30's. I am built a bit stocky, but still felt I could've shed some pounds. At my height, I was overweight, weighing about 190lbs. For my short stature, I know I shouldn't be anywhere near the 190's or 200's at all. Coupled with the fact that I'm a middle aged guy, that's not a good outlook on the health if I gained any more weight. And while i love my Southern Pralines ice cream and Buffalo Ranch Doritos, I know I had to cut those items, along with the other items I regularly ate, or I would easily reach that 200 pound plateau.

Again, I've been through looking at different options, trying workouts for a bit, and just overall trying to find out the fastest way to lose weight that would work for me. I had to be realistic with myself as I suggest you be as well. For instance, I know I'm not a workout fiend, so gym time wasn't happening, and workouts didn't work well for me at all and I drifted from it pretty quickly. Then things like supplements such as Herbalife, not a plan that worked out well for me either (I'll get more into that later on), so I gave up on it as well. However, there were some plans that I hadn't heard of before, but decided to try them as well since I was wanting to lose weight.

This Is What Helped Me Lose Weight The Best!

This was the fastest way to lose weight for me. Can it work for you too?

Of all of the plans and ebooks and programs I have tried, I will honestly say that the most effective for me was the Diet Generator of the FL4I plan (stands for Fat Loss for Idiots), specifically, the Diet Generator within its weight loss program. Some of you may have heard of it, some of you probably laugh at the name, but despite the name, this program was designed by no idiot. I don't know who came up with it in particular or why, but I have to say that for me, it was the most impacting and most effective. However, as with any plan, you have to prep your mind for it, and you must stay committed to it as closely as you can. Let me go further into this one.

The main background to FL4I's Diet Generator program is based on its menu plan. To basically boil it down, it is a diet plan that will help you shed some pounds for each cycle you go through. A cycle is 11 days of a menu plan that you have to discipline yourself and commit to in order to make things work out. Okay, so you're probably ready to throw in the towel on the mention of diet aren't you? Don't... or at least, hear me out first and read on.

I know how you feel because I was ready to throw in the towel at first too when my wife mentioned the plan to me from a friend of hers. But despite the diet plan concept, I decided to give it a try... I mean, I had already given some other methods tries as well, so at worst, I wouldn't see some results and could notch another one off the list as far as tried. Whether this would be the fastest way to lose weight for me or not, I didn't know. But despite my past attempts at other plans, I took the plunge and bought this plan to try it out for myself.

The plan basically consists of an ebook full of information that can be of help. However, I was actually geared at looking at this diet generator plan that was the core of the weight loss itself. There are three different methods you can approach this one as you'd see in the program if you pick it up. They all basically boil down to a diet plan, but the main breakdown between the three is the approach. Let me clarify. I'll refer to each option as Plan A (you create your own diet menu), Plan B (Diet Generator Plan), and Plan C (named Beyond Calories).

Plan A is a bit more flexible on what you can eat in terms of the requirements of balancing proteins, fruit, vegetables, etc. So you'll be able to create your own menu plan based on types of foods that it recommends. However, with Plan A, you should have a bit more of a workout routine going, even if it's a brisk jog or exercise bike, nothing too extreme at all.

Plan B (Diet Generator Plan), the plan I opted for, is more of a detailed menu plan (as I'll give you an example of below), and doesn't require much of a workout routine at all, though I would advise at least a nice walk a few times a week as it can help further. With Plan B, you generate a menu from a selection of specific food choices that you are given using the Diet Generator. You will choose the options from the list as instructed, and then when completed, it will automatically generate a menu plan for you to follow for the next 11 days. I'd recommend starting it on either a Sunday or Monday for easier tracking.
I hope that you are doing well! Just wanted to tell you about this cool new video that I just watched from my new friend and respected colleague, Dr Charles. In it, he reveals a very unusual tip for a flatter belly in just 3 to 10 days. I watched it, thought it was brilliant, and figured you might find it very helpful too.
I hope that this was short and sweet enough for ya. Have an amazing day!!
. Plus, with this plan, you also get what's called "3 cheat days" to eat whatever you want (just not in abundance obviously).

Plan A also has the same 3 cheat days as well, as both Plan A and Plan B are 11 days in length for each cycle and 3 cheat days for a 14 day total per cycle.

Plan C (Beyond Calories Plan) is a bit different and is supposed to be a bit more of their fastest weight loss plan than the other two plans are. It is similar to Plan B, though you have to generate the menu yourself from the list of options given to you. You are also given a bit more flexibility in terms of the foods that you choose. However, whereas the other plans are 11 days and 3 cheat days, Plan C is 10 days with no cheat days after it.

Also, where Plan A and Plan B are broken down into 4 meals each day, Plan C is broken down into SIX smaller meals each day. Of course, this again is broken down into high satiety foods in proteins, fruits, and veggies that you would choose from, such as roast beef, turkey slices, cantaloupe, and others. Plan C is supposed to be a plan for those geared at quick weight loss. But do keep in mind, this plan can be a bit difficult to be committed to as you would definitely have to make sure you remember to eat not four, but SIX times a day which for me, proved to be a bit of a headache. Again, with Plan C, I also recommend at least a power walk a few times a week.

Some major things to note with either of these three plans from the FL4I program that you can choose from:

1) You should follow the menu plans as close as possible from each of them, whether you make them yourself per Plan A or C, or follow the plan of Plan B that's generated for you. Following the menu plans is what is supposed to help you lose weight as it did for me when I followed it extensively.
2) WATER. you should definitely drink at least 8 to 10 cups of water each day you are on the plan including the cheat days. So if you're not a fan of water, you might want to prepare yourself to drink it as it is also very important. If you absolutely must, I would advise of using Crystal Light flavored mixes and pouring a little bit of it into water so that you still drink the water even if it is now flavored a bit.
3) Mild Exercise. This isn't absolutely necessary, but, if you do it as I've experienced, it will help you lose a bit more than if you don't. However, with Plan A as I mentioned, you would actually need to incorporate a bit more exercise of some sort versus Plan B.
4) NEVER EAT TO GET FULL. You should only eat to feel satisfied. If you feel full or stuffed, you've eaten way too much and the plan won't work. You should eat to where you feel comfortable.

I would say of the few different programs that I've tried, this one was, and still is my go to plan. Within the first cycle, I actually lost about 8 pounds from following it extensively. And on another cycle of it, I lost another 5 pounds. This was also of course by my drinking lots of water as I mentioned above, following the menu as close as possible, and walking for at least 20 minutes maybe three times a week.

I tried Plan C as well for one cycle, but couldn't get through a whole cycle because it was a bit too difficult to remember when to eat. However, if you know you'd like to try it to possibly lose weight fast from it, you could opt for it as well as an option.

For me, Plan B (Diet Generator plan) worked the best for me personally, and I have recommended it to friends as well because I was actually impressed for a change with something that DID work, versus things that didn't work that great for me. And with losing 8 pounds on the first 14 days, this was definitely for me, the fastest way to lose weight that I had ever experienced. Let me break down a brief day or two of what the menu can look like below.

Diet Generator Menu Example

This is an example of what the menu can look like...

I wanted to give you an idea on how the Plan B Diet Generator plan I mentioned above works. You would basically be given a set of foods in two columns to choose from. It lists a minimum of foods you must choose and a maximum you can choose.

One side generally lists most of the proteins, such as hard boiled eggs, different options of nuts, scrambled eggs, roast beef, turkey slices, ham, sausage links, tuna, salmon, and a few other options as well.

Side two generally lists options such as different fruits you can choose from (ranging from grapes, oranges, pears, strawberries, peaches, etc) and also lists green veggies, mixed veggies, and more.

There are also some dairy items on the list you'll see such as cheese, cottage cheese, banana milk shake, frozen yogurt (yup! I was happy when I saw both of these!) and low fat milk.

All in all, the menu is actually not bad at all, and most of the food items on the list I actually like, so it wasn't nearly as bad a diet as I thought it would be. it really also depends on your take of the list of foods. If you don't like most, you may not like Plan B and would want to try Plan A or C with more flexibility. However, there were very few bumps in the road with the Diet Generator plans for me. Also, you are allowed to use condiments such as ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, barbecue sauce, salsa, seasoning salts, or lemon juice. No cream based sauces or dressings are allowed, but barbecue became my best friend through this plan.

Okay, let me give you a brief idea on how Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 of a menu I generated looks:

Day 1:
- Meal 1
Regular Cheese Slices (or shredded cheese)
Hard Boiled Eggs
Fresh Oranges
- Meal 2
Scrambled Eggs
Sausage Links
- Meal 3
Tuna Salad Plate (tuna can be mixed with a bit of light mayo and mustard, salt, pepper, and onions if you like)
Low Fat Milk
Bowl of Green Beans
- Meal 4
Chicken (you can bake this in the oven or on a grill and season with seasonings and Barbecue sauce)
Turkey Slices
Garden Salad (you can use light vinagrette dressings you enjoy)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Day 2:
- Meal 1, 2, and 3: FRUIT ONLY
Oranges, Pears, Apples, Grapes, Peaches, Plums, Strawberries, Kiwis, Grapefruit
- Meal 4
Deli Meat Sandwich
2 pieces of regular sized sandwich bread
Deli Meat such as Roast Beef, Ham, Pastrami, Turkey. NO CHEESE on sandwich.
Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions are okay.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Day 3:
- Meal 1
Bacon Strips
Regular Cheese Slices
- Meal 2
Hard Boiled Eggs
Scrambled Eggs
- Meal 3
Sausage Links
Tuna Salad Plate (see above description)
Fruit Salad Dessert (can be used with a slight bit of Reddi Wip (not Cool Whip) cream)
- Meal 4
Low Fat Milk
Chicken (see above description)

As you can see from a brief bit of the menu above, it gives you an idea on how a menu will be generated when you use the Diet Generator plan. Day 2 is always an All Fruits day. But, if you select the "Sandwich" option from the list of items, it will add the sandwich to Day 2. Each and every time we generated a menu, this happens. Otherwise, it would be considered an all day fruit day. I'd definitely suggest adding Sandwich to your list to break up the monotony of only fruits if that bothers you a bit.

Not a bad menu above though, am I right? And to think that a menu like this was the fastest way to lose weight for me. I enjoyed most of the foods on the menu and even more so, enjoyed watching the weight drop slowly but surely. And, I not only saw the scale drop, but I got to feel my pants loosen up at the waist as well. I went from a size 40 pant to now possibly needing a 36 waist as the size 38 pants I had outgrown due to weight gain now fit me loose as well. And that is a great accomplishment in itself to feel! My wife has been a great encouragement as well as we've tried it together as well.

One other thing to note about the menu plan: If you generate a menu on the Diet Generator and look through the menu and don't like how it's laid out, hit the "Back" button on your browser, and either simply generate another menu (it's always random based on what you choose), or select different items and generate it again! I think for me it's the best part of the diet because it lets you have a variety of foods each and every cycle rather than sticking to one set guideline diet every week or two that you do it. And this is why of all the options I've tried, it's the one I'll stick with for losing weight!

Believe you can lose weight, and you will!

Believe you can lose weight, and you will!

Another Option For Weight Loss That May Work For You

Can this be the fastest way to lose weight for you?

I also tried the DSP weight loss program as well as another option. This plan is different than the Diet Generator plan that I referenced above. This program is designed in the form of a very detailed and informative e-book that will break down various rules and guidelines that you will find helpful with losing weight, and the food that you can eat.

The e-book is broken down into many sections, all of which provide a wealth of information on different foods and how they can be of benefit or negative impact to you. It also breaks down information for you regarding calories so that you are more aware and conscious of your calorie intake without having to actually sit down and calculate all the calories that you're taking in as some diet plans will do. So no worries about counting calories with this diet plan either.

This weight loss program also gives you further information regarding the metabolic types that may fit you, whether protein, carb, or mixed, and how you can cater a good meal plan for yourself so that you can eat healthy, eat to help lose weight fast, and eat with enjoyment as well of the items you select. It gives you examples of different foods you can opt to add to your plan depending on your metabolism type so that you gain a better understanding and idea on what foods are acceptable, and which foods will not work best for you.

I also like that it really gives you insight on the things that we tend not to think about that are a negative impact on us, such as salt, sugar, and especially dietary sweeteners which aren't as good for you as you would think. It provides other healthier alternatives that you can try instead of either using what you typically use or not using anything at all. Also, it provides you some insight on chocolate that you can have that IS good for you, for all of you chocolate lovers out there!

Overall, I think this fat loss program was good as well, and I think that for some, it can probably be the fastest way to lose weight. Again, our bodies are all different, and therefore what worked okay for one person may work incredibly great for another and so on. But as I was saying, this program I feel is a solid program as well as it is more flexible in terms of what foods you can eat versus the Diet Generator. And in that manner is also why I say it may work great for some and not for others. Let me explain.

For me personally, I think part of the slow down of weight loss earlier on was being allowed to eat certain foods that I really enjoyed to the point that I probably ate more than I should have of those foods. Whereas with a detailed and direct menu such as the Diet Generator I mentioned above, seeing a menu in front of me that tells me what to eat I believe is what really helped me to lose more weight. However, for some, that kind of direct menu may be what would push you AWAY from trying to diet. And so in the end, it's more about what works best for you to diet and see results rather than restricting yourself or allowing yourself too much freedom. It depends on your mindset and what you feel works best for you.

I would definitely say that this was a pretty good option as well. I think with its plan, I lost about 4 pounds when trying it for a couple of weeks or so. However, I did have more freedom of eating things I may have wanted. That for me was the difference as to why the Diet Generator allowed me to lose 8 pounds in about the same timeframe.

One other thing to note about this particular fat loss program, is that it makes references to trying to convert your food intake to organic products. It doesn't recommend you turn organic cold turkey, but, it does make reference to slowly convert your foods to organic. So if you love organic foods and the prices aren't that impacting to you, then this may also work great for you. For me personally again, spending so much money on organic food only doesn't fit my lifestyle, and so for me, if I had to choose between this program or going with the Diet Generator, I would go with the Diet Generator. As I mentioned earlier, it was, for me, the fastest way to lose weight. But either of these are strongly recommended products overall. On to the next program I tried.

Meal Replacement Supplements - Can This Help You Lose

Could this product help you lose weight fast?

Okay, some of you may have heard about it, and others may be new to this program, but there is a program called Herbalife that I also tried as a means to lose weight. Actually, I tried it before any of the others previously mentioned above. So exactly what is Herbalife, or where do you get yours from?

First and foremost, Herbalife is a brand name of healthy products of all types that were created with healthy ingredients and herbs to help with different aspects of your life, from weight loss, to toning and bulking up your body, to skin creams and cleanses, nail care, and more. They make weight loss supplements, vitamins, protein drinks, and more. Herbalife stands strong on its stance to go a healthy route via the route of healthy ingredients as their background.

As to how you obtain Herbalife, there is only one way that I am aware of, as you cannot buy it directly through stores or online at all. You can only purchase Herbalife products through an Herbalife consultant. So, if you happen to know of a friend who is an Herbalife consultant or Wellness Coaches as I believe they are termed, then you would have the ability to purchase Herbalife products. Or, you could visit their website and opt for more information, to which a Wellness Coach in your area may contact you from that point forward. You don't need to actually live in the same city, but they prefer that you deal with Wellness Coaches so that you can talk one on one with them to help with your plan and regimen to get you started in the direction that you are looking for.

I have a friend that I've known for years who recommended me the product, and who has been using the product himself for some time now. However, he actually uses the product to bulk up as he has been working on toning up more definition for himself. However, he had also advised me of some of his friends who were looking to lose weight to which he helped lose weight via Herbalife products. And so he recommended me the products to buy that would help me lose weight. At that point, eager to find the fastest way to lose weight as the extra pounds were getting to me, I actually purchased the products from him, which in all honesty were a bit pricey. However, since they are herb based, I assumed that was probably why the cost was a bit higher than anticipated.

So I ordered my Weight Loss package from him and received it some days after ordering it. The package contained a Meal Replacement powder (vanilla flavored though there were some other flavors including chocolate as well), a Protein powder (again, vanilla flavored), a multivitamin, an enhancer pill known as a "Cell Activator" pill, and some powdered green tea extract to make tea. Fair enough, all of the items seemed to be natural in content overall. And after I spent the money to give this puppy a try, I figured it was time to get myself in gear to try it out.

So the program itself for Herbalife's weight loss basically consisted of drinking two "shakes" using a mix of the meal replacement powder, the protein powder, some water (4 ounces if I remember correctly), and some fruit to blend it with. It also required that you take a "Cell Activator" pill first prior to drinking the shake, as this pill was to help your digestive tract to pull in valuable nutrients from the shake in order to help your metabolism work properly and faster as well. You were also supposed to take a vitamin within the shake meal as well, prior to completing your shake.

I figured to order the vanilla flavored powders as they were in my eyes as the best flavor to be able to mix different fruits with that wouldn't taste weird. I was also told by my friend / wellness coach that I could mix a little bit of Jell-O Pudding mix into it for flavor if I wanted to choose that route instead of fruit. I tried both options as the plan again, required two shakes each day and I didn't want to bore myself of drinking the same flavored shakes day in and day out.

So I tried this plan for a few days, and got myself used to the shakes. They actually didn't taste bad at all, especially when I put lemon pudding powder mix into the mixture before blending. That flavored shake to me tasted pretty yummy as it tasted like a thick lemon shake. And it did indeed fill me up to where I didn't crave any food until the next shake came up. I was able to eat a sensible meal of whatever food I wanted as my 3rd meal since two of the three meals in the day were to be shakes. So with this plan versus the others, the meal I could eat was even more flexible than the above weight loss programs. However, the fact of having to drink two shakes each day was a bit repetitive after awhile. However, from what my wellness coach had told me, when I lose the targeted goal of weight that I was aiming for, I could then down the amount of shakes to one per day instead.

So after about 2 weeks on the Herbalife plan, I lost about a pound or two. I'm not sure whether it was the shakes themselves, or if I did something wrong, but it wasn't the fastest way to lose weight as far as my body type was concerned. I felt like I was drinking shakes forever, and only lost 2 pounds if that much when it was said and done. However, my wallet felt like I had lost quite a bit from it after spending the amount I did on the product, so that didn't sit too well with me honestly.

Overall, they seem to have decent products, and maybe some people are finding substantial weight loss from Herbalife's products. However, I can honestly say that I was disappointed overall by this product, and would only recommend that you really do research on this product before buying it. I'm not saying it wouldn't work for you, but for the price spent versus the one pound weight loss, I couldn't say I'd easily recommend you try this product as well. It may work for you, but I know for me, it wasn't one of the options I tried that worked all that well. So if you're looking to try something, I'd recommend this as a later option to try given the price it costs to buy the products. Let's move on.

Can An All Fruits Diet Be The Fastest Way to Lose Weight For You?

I almost forgot to mention one of my other attempts of weight loss, so I'll mention it here as well, which pertains to eating all fruits. So I've not tried a specific menu outline at all personally that tells you which specific fruits to eat when, though I have done something similar in nature as an attempt for the fastest way to lose weight. As you can tell from reading above, when I finally told myself I would not flake out but instead, give it full commitment to weight loss, I really did try different options to see what would work.

I have seen mentions of different methods of how you could lose some weight using an all fruits diet by eating certain fruits on certain days for a few days or more. This may be true given that a lot of fruits are not high in calories, and fruits are really good for you overall, so the effectiveness of something like this can actually work to some degree.

As I mentioned above, I tried something similar in that I ate a variety of fruits for a few days, but I also did eat a bit of vegetables in the mix as well in the form of garden salads and vinagrette dressing. I wanted to see how things would work for me if I restrained from anything but fruit and a few veggies, and if I could lose a few pounds within a short time frame.

However, I've always been a bit skeptical about a diet plan of any sort to which you only eat one or two types of foods for days at a time personally. After all, I didn't care much for the Herbalife plan I mentioned above as well due to the need of drinking two shakes every day for days at a time, and mind you, that was only two meals out of the day. Still, against my better judgement, I had decided to try a few days of something similar to an all fruits type of diet. There are some people online that seemed to have tried a menu consisting of all fruits and have lost some weight as well, so I had decided to take a stab at it.

For a few days, I had eaten fruits mainly consisting of white grapes, blueberries, strawberries, oranges, cantaloupes, an occasional apple, and bananas. I also did a garden salad for dinner as i had mentioned above in mixing a bit of veggies. I had used Romaine lettuce, pickles instead of regular cucumbers (regular pickles don't really contain calories and taste great), tomatoes, and a bit of Italian vinagrette dressing over it.

For me, it was a difficult time as I'm not, nor have I ever been big on fruits. I was able to tolerate a day, but after the 2nd day and day after, I had to slow down and switch it up. The monotony of eating nothing but fruits and a garden salad got to me, which again is why I actually like the FL4I Diet Generator plan I mentioned earlier on in this write up due to the variety.

The other drawback I started feeling with an all fruits type of diet was fatigue. I guess due to the lack of protein within the diet itself, the energy level was lower, and i found myself a bit sleepier earlier in the night, and also sluggish throughout the day. Definitely not a great feeling to have, and a main reason why I personally couldn't try an all fruits diet for more than a day or two ever again. I still don't see how some people use it for days at a time, and perhaps it's the fastest way to lose weight for them, but for me, I've tried my own version and didn't do so well with it, so I'll pass and leave it for the pros who love fruit!

Weight Loss Missions - Need An Action Plan?

Perhaps this is the plan you need to help you lose weight?

Okay, so here's another plan that you can add onto your list to try, called 52 Weight Loss Missions. This one in particular I actually have not tried, but I did stumble upon it when I was looking for weight loss programs to try, and I did want to bring it to your attention as well, as another option that you may want to consider trying, especially if you're a person who really needs and values an action plan to guide you on a daily or weekly basis.

I remember it standing out for me on my search for weight loss programs for two reasons: One, the Missions tab on the site looked pretty cool to me and broke down the plan on a weekly basis with 52 different actions you could take to help you in your weight loss pursuits. Sometimes it's not necessarily the foods or exercise directly that impacts your ability or inability to lose weight, but the other things around you as well such as stress, clutter, and things of that nature that will bring your mood down some. After all, you have to be positive about losing weight, and if you're already knocking yourself down (as I've already experienced in the past), you won't lose weight, simple. Stress is a big impact on weight gain and retaining weight as is, so you'll want to drop the stresses if you plan on losing weight. So the breakdown of the missions for me was a cool highlight that had me remember it. The second reason is the price and what you get for the prices they have.

There are two price breakdowns for this particular plan and depending on what you feel you need in terms of that motivational push and action, would determine which plan you would consider trying.

The first plan price point is a $29.00 price which gives you a 200 page ebook to guide you along the way. It also provides to you a 52 week email series which will help motivate you and keep you on track, which I think is a good idea as well.

There is also a $79.00 plan which gives you everything from the lower price plan, plus a year of access to their website, and everything you'd need to push and motivate you and track your progress so that you can see the results you're aiming for and push for those that you're trying to reach. The $79.00 plan provides you with an interactive PDF Action Tracker, interactive PDF Workbook, an interactive Log, an interactive Diet / Exercise Diary, menu templates, and even more, a 30 Day Weight Loss program Interactive E-Book and 30 Day email series that will help give you that push if you really wanted to nail it down and aim to lose weight faster.

All in all, 52 Weight Loss Missions sounds like a great program overall and one that would give you the motivational jolt to get you going in the right path. .Remember, sometimes you need that little push from the outside to get you in the right direction. And I know I did and thank my wife for having me to buy the diet generator plan as I know if she didn't convince me, I probably would be gaining more weight right now instead of losing. And I may consider getting this one as well in the near future to try it. Rest assured, if I do, I'll be posting my thoughts on it here as well.

So reality is, that we always want to claim that we know exactly what we need to lose weight, that we know the right foods to eat, that we know we have to exercise, but knowing sometimes isn't the entire battle, it's actually TAKING ACTION. Knowledge is great but without action to follow it through, there's no result. And so sometimes we need a push, a plan, a course of direction or action. And this is what had me invest in and try a few programs even if I had to pay for them, to see the results or lack of. Whether this plan is the best plan or will provide the fastest way to lose weight, I honestly don't know as again, it depends on the individual and your drive and determination, but rest assured, you will find at least one or two programs that will bring results, if you are determined to lose weight and be committed.

The question now is, are you ready to lose weight? Are you ready to be committed?

The Fastest Way To Lose Weight Is - Commitment and Action

Are you ready to be committed and take action?

Now that you have a few options available to you to choose from, the question isn't so much as to what the fastest way to lose weight actually is, but if you're ready to take action and commit! Let's say those two words again: ACTION, and COMMITMENT. These two words are very important as I've learned in my weight loss journey.

I must admit, that in the past, I always wanted to see the results but wasn't willing to put in the commitment. I did take action, but often defeated myself before I gave myself a fair chance to do so. And that again is why I say remember those two words: ACTION, and COMMITMENT. Sorry to bold them out in caps, but I want you to let them marinate in your mind over and over. The more you do, the more you will be geared to lose the weight, and the more you repeat those words to yourself, the more you'll be inclined to stick through the process.

Will it be easy? Definitely not! But then, the best results with anything out there is the amount of time and work you put into it.

Will you want to give up and throw in the towel? Absolutely!! But don't. That's the important part of Commitment. If you've taken the action, then you'll need to discipline yourself to stick to it. And I honestly think that when you invest your money into a program, like I did with the Diet Generator above (which wasn't bad in price at all actually), you'll be even more inclined to stick to it. I don't know about you, but I didn't want to throw away money and not stick to it, so I think that served as even more of an incentive to stick to it and try it out for awhile at least. And I'm actually glad that I did this time around.

The above weight loss programs are some of the programs I've tried and experienced (with the exception of the Missions one I mentioned above as well) that showed some results, some greater, some not so great. And again, for me, the best program that worked for me that gave me the best results, is the Diet Generator. Not to say that the others aren't good, as it really depends on your body type and your willingness to deal with what each diet program requires for you to do it, whether that means restricting certain foods, going organic mostly, or using a diet meal replacement shake to do it. It really is up to you, but with ACTION and COMMITMENT, you WILL lose weight! And exercise is a great help as well if you're trying to lose the weight even faster, though again, some of us aren't as easy to lean to exercising as others, but it is a great boost to lose weight faster if you do, which is why I did do walking as an exercise at least.

On that note, I hope that this lens has been of great help to you in providing you with some options you can look to invest in to help you on your weight loss journey. Remember, investing a bit in your journey with any of the above programs shouldn't be looked at as a dread for spending, but more so as the extra incentive you need in order to help you stay committed to the plan and losing weight.

Oh, and before I go, I can say that I started trying different plans earlier this year in late March, and within the time frame from now til end of August as I type this out so far, I've managed to lose more than 25 pounds so far! And mind you, this is with having had to take a couple of weeks or so off within the timeframe due to personal reasons going on. And I'm proud to say that I can see the weight loss, I can feel the weight loss (especially with pants that fit me loose now that didn't fit before), and people complimenting me saying that I look like I lost weight (I didn't tell many people at all I was even trying diet plans).

I want to wish you the best of luck and again remind you that it takes ACTION and COMMITMENT to accomplish your weight loss, and trying any of the programs that I mentioned above will help you at least get started to losing weight, if not serve as the main weight loss program that you'll stick to as I found out for myself. Best of success to you all! You CAN and WILL Lose weight!! Just don't give up! Hope you enjoyed this lens... I'll list the links again below to those programs I mentioned above including the link for the diet generator that was the fastest way to lose weight for me. Here's to a great weight loss achievement!! You can do it!!

Weight Loss Programs Links

Listed below is a summary of some of the programs that I mentioned on this Squidoo lens. If I come across more programs that I feel will be of great value or a great option, I will also list them on this lens and on the links list below. I hope that you will find any of these programs very useful to you on your journey to the fastest way to lose weight, or just losing weight and getting healthier in general. Best of success to you! Hope that this will be of great help to you!
FL4I Diet Generator Plan
This is the weight loss program that I mentioned first, that I felt was the fastest way to lose weight for me. To this day, I don't regret this investment as I can definitely see that it's brought me the most impact and loss. I mainly tried the Diet Generator option on there which is what helped me to lose the most weight of all the other weight loss programs I've tried.
The DSP Plan
This plan is a very thorough and informative e-book and diet plan that will provide you with lots of great information. It has a bit more of an allowed variety of foods you can eat, and explains to you various benefits and negatives about certain foods. The only thing I didn't care much for was feeling that unless the food was organic, it wasn't as good of a plan. However, another great option overall.
52 Weight Loss Missions Plan
Though I haven't tried this one, I did find it interesting enough to list it as a valuable option given the guidance it gives, and the fact that it provides information in the form of an action plan to help motivate you and give you an added push via your email as well as from the information provided in the ebook as well. I feel it's a great option simply because some of us need an extra push to motivate us to lose weight and to stay committed, and given the email series that this provides, I feel that will be a great way to stay on track to lose weight!
