10 Easy changes to lose weight fast

1. Drink Water


Seriously, drink water now! Step away from the computer and get you some H20. When you are properly hydrated, the snack attack won't happen as often. Make a goal. Today, drink 5 glasses. Do nothing else and you are on your way.

2. Take it easy 1 meal each weekday


Go to the supermarket. Look in your freezer. Find your favorite lower calorie frozen meal. Something below 350 calories. This is a huge step. Eat the way you want for the rest of the day. Just eat one of these for 1 meal. You will be suprised by the results. I lost 30 lbs in 9 months using only the first 2 techniques.

Think about it 1 pound =3500 calories
Substitute 1 meal a day 850 calories
For a frozen meal 350 calories
For a difference of -500 calories a day
You will be losing 3 lbs a month doing nothing else.
36 lbs a year!

3. Everybody Loves Fruit


Have some fruit at work or at home. Just have some around. Use your own judgement on when to eat some for a snack. Not only should your healthy sweet fix start showing a reduced waste line, you will also gain some much needed energy. Win Win.

4. Green Tea


Wanna feel great? Green tea is the key. Not only is Green tea a proven weight loss aid, but it also has many other benefits. According to the good people at web md, green tea has benefits for everything from fighting cancer to helping your heart. Drinking Green Tea makes perfect sense.

5. Quit it with the fancy coffee

6. Substitute


When filling the plate make a smart choice by substituting 20% less starch for more veggies. Take more than enough veggies to make up for it. Go easy on the butter.

1 cup of broccoli = 35 calories
1 cup of carrot = 50 calories
1 cup of lettuce 8

1 baked potato = 255 calories with no butter

7. Stay Colorful

White is boring. It's also natures way of saying don't look at me. There are exceptions to the rule but here are a few bad ones, white bread, rice and sugar are all bad. If you look at our fruits and vegetables almost every color means something.

8. Set Goals


Setting simple goals is the key to success. Write down what you are going to do different today. 3 extra classes of water...perfect. Keep it simple. The point is do it and be proud. Meet your goal and feel good about it. Make it a healthy habit and always challenge yourself.

9. Stay Positive


Weighing in is a way to stay motivated, but it can also be a bummer. I can't tell you the times I was excited to weigh in only to have my hopes shattered a moment later. I have had really excellent eating days only to see the scale go up the next day. Watch the biggest loser, it happens all the time. The body reacts strangely and if you hold on an extra day you will see that loss appear. Stay positive.

The first thing you want to do is go over to your cabinets and refrigerator and clean out all of the items that are bad for you.

Foods that are high in sugar, have a high fat content ,and any junk food you might have lying around should be the first things to go. You want to replace those items with foods that are good for you and will help with your weight loss goals.

The types of foods that you want to eat are ones that that are high in fiber and ones that contain the essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs to lose weight.

Exercises for Kinovelax diet plan:-

I am going to list some very useful exercises and workout routine which can be useful during your Kinovelax weight loss program; you can select workouts of your own choice.
