So chances are that if you've come to this page then like me maybe your struggling with your weight or maybe you're getting the results you want but not as quick as you'd like.
Over the years I have struggled with my weight even as a child I was on the round side now most people will tell you that they have a slow metabolism but I'll be honest with you less than 7% of people suffer from this sort of condition most of the time its down to you the individual.


Eating too much or in some cases too little and at the wrong times can lead to weight gain yes you've read that correctly too little can also help you lose weight and here's how that works.

The human body is a remarkable machine and it's perfectly adapted to our lifestyles and the way we has humans have lived for thousands of years and without you thinking about it.

Many years ago when there were no supermarkets or shops and we used to live from what we could find on the land nuts, berries, killing animals etc. now when food became scarce our bodies were able to detect that less was going in and hang onto the nutrition and depositing it in fat stores all over our bodies so that when times got leaner we would have a reserve of fat to breakdown and use to keep us alive.

Now although we have evolved a little since then the same principles remain and this is why crash dieting does not work as an effective form of weight loss because the body goes into starvation mode and starts to hang on to what we put into it when we eat little amounts.

So just to recap crash dieting will not work you may lose weight but the minuet to begin eating normally you will put weight back on!

Now the second way we all put weight on is by eating too much and this is something you've got to be honest about in order to lose weight you have to be honest with yourself recognize what your eating to much of and cut back you don't have to cut out the things you like in order to lose weight you just have to eat them in moderation.

here are some things I've discovered work over the years.

1) Drinking ice cold water.

how does this work your thinking well its very simple and extremely effective for fast weight loss drinking cold water lowers you core temperature meaning your body burns extra calories heating the water and your core temp in fact this method is so successful that U.S Marines use this themselves .

2) Try not to eat after 7pm I know its all too easy to sit down after a hard days work and flick the TV on and reach for the crisp's or chocolate.

. obviously you want to eat these foods and I'm not saying cut them out completely but you shouldn't be eating these foods at all in the evening. the extra calories are just going to be turned into fat.
