Myth 1: Exercise and limiting calories is the only way to properly lose weight

"I was the person who exercised and "ate right" and still found myself overweight and tired. I have a degree in health and I was an aerobic instructor. I battled my weight and low energy everyday even though I worked out 6 times per week! My husband and I met in the gym.
