Five Ideas to Lose Weight during Sleep

Tips for losing weight while sleeping:

1- Eating whole Seeds or grains:

The whole seeds or grains contains more fiber than other non-full seeds and considers more valuable since it contains bran and endosperm seeds and therefore more protein, protein, antioxidant and minerals like Zinc, Iron and Magnesium. Examples of whole grains include Oats, Corn and brown rice. On the other hand treated grains are only added some ingredients after being processed like adding some vitamins, folic acids and Iron but will never include lost fibers. Examples of treated grains include white floor, white bread and white rice.

. Try always to include more whole seeds or grains in your food in daily basis and try to avoid treated grains, this eating style will provide you more fibers and prevent you from feeling hungry for a longer time.

2- Try not to eat anything after 7 PM

Try as much as you can to make your last meals daily before seven o'clock evening, but if you feel at any time after seven that you are hungry you have to eat some snacks like low-fat strewn yogurt with or without some few walnuts, grain oats mixed with milk, piece of brown toast with peanut butter.

3- Always choose a light meal full of carbohydrates, protein and calcium:

The dairy products are considers one of the most foods that motivate you to sleep quickly since brain uses the calcium and tryptophan contained within diary to produce the melatonin which is considered the top cause for feeling sleepiness, adding some carbohydrates along with little protein will help your body produce extra serotonin hormone which increase the feeling of your relaxation and needing to take a sleep, but you should take care not to take an extra amounts of protein before sleeping since any extra protein will eventually turn to more fat in your body. Nutrition experts always advice that any snacks you take before bedtime should not exceed 200 calories considering that you avoid any food which contains hot pepper or garlic.

eating foods that contain a high amount of carbohydrates help your body produce more insulin which helps clean the blood from amino acids which compete with amino acid tryptophan, which as we said previously help you to sleep well.

4- Avoid eating protein before bedtime

As we have said, meals containing high amount of protein and without any accompanied carbohydrates will make you awake longer since it helps body produce more tyrosine which leads to disturb your sleeping and again any extra protein will turn to more fat in your body.

5- Avoid Stimulating food before bedtime:

There are a range of foods that are considered body stimulating and those should be avoided as they includes ingredients that prevents you from sleeping well and relaxing your body, those include spicy food, food contains tomato sauce, acidic drinks, chocolate, foods includes high amount of fat, fried foods, foods contain onions, garlic or mint, and finally any drinks that contain caffeine.
