Fruit Day 1
Eat only fruits; any kind except bananas on Day 1.Whenever you are hungry, fill yourself up with cabbage soup. Do not worry about going hungry. The large proportion of fiber and healthy fruit sugars will definitely keep you satisfied. You may use any variation of the cabbage soup shown here. Also, you are allowed to take your favourite fruits (except bananas) which are different from the ones I have shown. To each their own individual choice! Don't choose fruit juices, fruit-filled pastries or fruit snacks. Only good, old-fashioned fruit from trees is allowed, and, of course, cabbage soup!

Day 1 breakfast: Papaya
A plate of deliciously juicy ripe papaya.
Day 1 Breakfast: Cabbage Soup
Spicy aromatic cabbage soup with the ingredients ( varying amount according to your taste)
Spices:
Blackpepper powder
Chilli powder
Diluted tamarind water
Lime leaves
Ingredients:
Cabbage
onions
carrots
tomatoes
Method: Boil some water. Add in the spices and salt.
Let it simmer for sometime.
Add in onions, cabbage and carrots.
Let it simmer.
Add in Tomatoes last.
Do not boil for too long as the vitamins may be destroyed by heat. Cook just till the vegetables are soft enough to be eaten.

his is all-you-can-eat vegetable day. You aren't allowed to eat any more fruit, but you can eat all the fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables of your choice. The diet recommends you stay away from starchy vegetables like corn and they also suggest avoiding legumes like dried beans.
Reserve potatoes for dinner only.

Day 2 breakfast: Ladies finger and tomato stew
Day 2 lunch
Ingredients: broccoli and oyster mushroom
boiling broccoli and oyster mushroom
Strain the water into a separate mug. Do not throw.
Keep the boiled broccoli and mushroom water to drink as a health tonic. Add some pepper and salt to taste. It may be added to vegetable juices.
Day 2 lunch: Creamy white pepper oyster sauce broccoli with mushroom
Braise the boiled and strained ingredients with creamy white pepper oyster sauce

Day 3
On the third day, you can choose from the fruits or vegetables food groups. Eat all of them that you want until you're satisfied.
Drink cabbage soup whenever you are hungry.
Remember to drink enough water and exercise at some point in the day.
By the third day, I started to experience fatigue. and I could not resist eating some chicken at the end of the day and snacked on butter crackers for supper. When I have break the diet plan, I should do so smartly. Having a high protein chicken piece allowed my insulin levels to be decreased and glucagon to be released that helps in the breakdown of fats. This compensated for the heavy carbohydrate and fat load of the butter crackers and my total weight decreased by 0.1 kg, or you can say remained approximately the same.
Day 4 is banana and milk day.
I do recommend the majority of people to stick to the plan however, you may not be so lucky or you never know what the result may be.

You are allowed to have a moderate amount of bananas and low-fat milk today.
You can start the day with a banana milk shake. Research shows that one is able to stick to a food plan when its made fun and satisfying in one way or another, even if it is just aesthetically pleasing. Add in a pinch of cinnamon powder into the milkshake to add some extra flavour. See below for banana milkshake ideas.
Apart from banana milkshakes, the banana can be had separately. It may be fried in olive oil and spice added for a sweet and hot unique flavour. This is not absurd, there have been people who tried it before with excellent results.
Add some cocoa powder to the low-fat milk to have a chocolate drink. Or add chunks of dark chocolate with 66% cocoa or higher for a chocolate smoothie.
Yoghurt with banana pieces are allowed, there is no end to your creativity as long as it is within moderate limits. Be careful about the lactose content, choose lactose free low-fat milk if you are lactose intolerant.
