You Can Lose Weight, 3 Foods That Will Help You Drop a Few Pounds


Black beans will be the first one that I am going to talk about. In my opinion, it is first and 1 food out of all of them. The reason is, you can add black beans to every meal you eat. If you can do this, you can continue to eat the foods that you like. By adding this to your meals, you will get extra fiber and protein. This food will make you fill up faster so you do not consume those extra calories. Black beans are very inexpensive at any store you go to get it. And, another great thing about them is that it only takes about 5 minutes for you to cook.

The next food is going to be Yogurt that is low in calories. This food is also inexpensive and ready to eat as a snack.

. Requires no preparation. You need to eat about 2 a day. The yogurt is a great protein snack, which helps with keeping blood sugar at the correct level. Even though yogurt tends to be high in carbs, it's still a great food to eat while trying to lose the weight.

The last food I want to talk about is eggs. One thing your body needs in the morning is protein and this is great for that. You can cook some eggs and eat your black beans with it and you will be on your way to losing that fat fast!

Now these foods alone will not get you the body you want. There is no substitute for a proper diet and exercise program. These foods will merely help the process and give you a little extra loss then what you would normal get from just diet alone.
